After sales service
For both domestic and commercial children's play equipment and children's playground installations, we offer the following service - carried out within the UK by our own staff.
- Initial safety report (usually included within the project costs), risk assessment and certification.
- Periodic safety and maintenance inspection of play equipment.
- Emergency making safe and repairs.
- Scheduled Maintenance - either on site or transporting items back to our workshops, with subsequent return and set up - usually this is a simple operation.
- Addition, extension or modification of existing play equipment.
- Relocation, as in when you move home or premises.
In short, we offer to carry out whatever service you require to ensure the maximum use and potential of your play installation. We hope that if something you would like doesn't appear on this list, you will let us know and we will carry it out for you.
