Little Lodge

Little Lodge is a fun playhouse commissioned for a well known Norfolk family. It was designed to include key features of the families main house. Constructed from a WBP plywood casing, internal lining and a solid insulation board, the beautiful Oak claddings, window frames, doors and porch make Little Lodge an extremely robust and beautiful children's playhouse full of character.

Little Lodge is the most spacious playhouse commissioned with 8.5sq.m floor space and up to 1.8m head room on the upper level and 1.2m on the lower level. It has 12 volt lighting and heating. The lower floor is finished in a warm red and includes a small oil filled covered heater and paddle stair to the upper floor.

The upper floor is finished in 'Bumble's Green'. There is access to a small veranda with slide with Oak floors throughout. The dimensions of Little Lodge are 3.6m (length) x 2.1m (width) x 3.9m (height). Little Lodge starts from £21,739.13 excluding VAT and delivery.
