Elm House

Elm House is a spacious children's playhouse. It has been modelled on our popular Walnut Cottage with simple exterior cladding and brush thatch roof.

Elm House offers 3.5sq.m floor space and up to 1.7m head room on the upper level and 1.2m on the lower level. The internal walls can be finished in a colour of your choice. The house also includes a small oil filled covered heater and paddle stair to the upper floor. A small kitchen on the ground floor can be commissioned for an additional £1,600.00

The upper floor includes two doorways; one leading to a hardwood slide, the other onto a veranda and climbing net. The dimensions of Elm House are 4.2m (length) x 1.6m (width) x 3.3m (height). Elm house starts from £15,525.00 excluding delivery.
