Little Lodge
Little Lodge, commissioned for a well known Norfolk family, was designed to include key features of the main house. Constructed from a WBP plywood external skin, an insulated redwood core and internal plywood lining, the Oak claddings, window frames, doors and porch make Little Lodge an extremely robust and beautiful house full of character.
Little Lodge is one of the most spacious houses commissioned with 8.5sq.m floor space and up to 1.8m head room on the upper level and 1.2m on the lower level. It has 12 volt lighting and heating. The lower floor is finished in a warm red and includes a small oil filled covered heater and Oak paddle stair.
The upper floor is finished in 'Bumble's Green'. There is access to a small veranda with a slide with Oak floors throughout. The dimensions of Little Lodge are 3.6m (length) x 2.1m (width) x 3.9m (height). Little Lodge starts from £25,000.00 excluding delivery.
