A Bespoke Service. As we provide a truly bespoke service, it is our pleasure to meet you at your location to discuss your requirements. We will then provide a specification, preliminary design and budget.
It is at this point that we can either modify the proposal - and we are happy to do just that, as often as you require, because it is our main priority to provide you with exactly what you want.
To start the process of placing an order, consider the following:
- Do you wish to replicate an existing design?
- If yes, tell us which product has caught your eye and we will provide you with the information you need.
- If not - what theme do you have in mind?
- Do you have a location in mind?
- Do you have a size and budget in mind?
- We can then discuss all aspects of your play installation including the specification, budget and timeframe, along with issues such as planning permission (rarely required for domestic installations), location etc.
Our strength is that we can design and manufacture exactly what you want instead of choosing the next best thing from a catalogue. We provide full photographic reports via your own personal web space reflecting the key stages of the construction so you can be fully involved and aware of how things are progressing - wherever you are in the world.
Our normal payment terms are 50% deposit with order and 50% balance prior to delivery.
