Russell Bowlby, the owner of Flights of Fantasy, began building and renovating over 30 years ago specialising in historic and listed buildings, old barns and natural stone swimming pools, from which he has established an outstanding reputation. This followed a period of prototype sports car build with a well-known local company.

Twenty years ago he turned his hand to building a Tudor Playhouse for his son Jamie. It still stands today in his garden as a beautiful centre piece and is the playhouse you see in our brochure and on our website. In recent years he has produced themed play equipment including the castle and range of Pirate Ships and only in the last few years has Russell decided to offer his services in designing and creating such magnificent themed play equipment and furniture for private and business clients.
