St. Mary’s School Pirate Ship and Playhouse

At St Mary’s School play area we installed a miniature playhouse and a pirate ship. These pieces of play apparatus are installed in a busy school and are subject to play by up to 30 robust youngsters in shifts – so the ship probably has a tougher life than a real pirate ship! The post and panel construction is effective, robust, and cost effective, and gives realism and huge scope for play, with a fore cabin, rear cabin, fore deck, main deck, rear deck, climb wall, climb ladders, mast and sail, slide and slide pole.We also produced a large anchor seat and a single storey Tudor house for installation with this item. The safety surface is a rubber chip, or wet pour as it is known.
