Moss Lane School Themed Playground

We started the play area at Moss Lane School in Godalming a couple of years ago, building a miniature play replica of Godalming’s iconic Pepperpot. Our aim during this first phase of the project was not to make an exact clone of the real Pepperpot, but to capture the main features and make an engaging piece of play apparatus. It turned out to be a great success and we came back to make phase two, expanding the play area by incorporating a play tractor, a playhouse, and several rustic pieces of climbing apparatus.

Expanding The Play Area

The expanded play area now offers far more play potential that the standalone Pepperpot creation, and by adding a bridge that links from the Pepperpot to a climbing platform, the whole play area is now linked. We installed an astroturf style safety flooring, offering the children the opportunity to play safely across the whole of the play area.

Look Around

After we completed phase two of Moss Lane School playground, we make a short video offering a walk-around of the area. Take a look and see how the different pieces of play apparatus integrate seamlessly, offering great play potential for many children simultaneously.

We enjoy all of the projects that we work on, taking pleasure in flexing our creative muscles, and this project was no exception. It was a joy to combine a miniature replica with both a play tractor and a playhouse, linking them all up with traditional play apparatus.
